Waterfront work is a different animal, and most landscape crews simply aren't set up for it. Water access, shoreline structure, and the wear that constant water and weather put on a dock take equipment and experience a typical crew doesn't have — which is exactly why we've made it one of the things we're known for.
We handle dock repair and renovation — replacing worn or failing decking, framing, and hardware, reinforcing structure, and bringing a tired or storm-damaged dock back to safe, solid, good-looking condition instead of a full rip-out when it isn't needed.
The shoreline itself is part of the job. Retaining and seawall work, erosion control, and the grade and stone work where land meets water all tie into keeping a waterfront property stable and usable — and it's the kind of steep, water-access work a lot of contractors turn down.
