A Landscape Design Master Plan is a full-property design plan represented as an industry-standard AutoCAD drawing, and often accompanied by plant photos, reference photos, color renderings, and/or section drawings to fully convey the design concept.
A master plan can cost anywhere between 750 to $1000. It includes entire property 2D map. 3D rendering, rough draft and final draft. Hardscape, landscape, lighting, and structures. All can be included in design work. Plans can be divided into front yard, backyard, or just an area. Usually ranging between $400 to 600.
